Tracey Levison

Tracey Levison has been in the business of leadership for 14 years.  Her and her brother Andrew opened a state of the art training facility in 1997 called The Centre for Adventurous Learning.  It was the first of its kind in North America and attracted an impressive list of clients.  After 4 years of teaching people leadership skills experientially, through adventure based simulations, Tracey and Andrew realized there was a more sustainable way to create lasting change.  They opened their boutique firm, Above & Beyond Learning Co. and started to 'go deep' with their clients, using strategic long-term initiatives to make the learning 'stick'.

Tracey has designed curriculum, facilitated and led long term strategic initiatives in leadership development, change management and talent management both domestically and internationally with senior leaders at American Express, Yellow Pages Group, Gap and Aveda, to name a few. She has a passion for understanding the changing world and how employee expectations and leadership competencies are constantly changing along with it. She brings a refreshing approach to understanding leadership and is fascinated with what makes people tick.

Tracey has a Philosophy Degree from the University of Western Ontario. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Trainer. Tracey has studied a variety of philosophies with master teachers on the topics of personal development, professional development, mindfulness, and behavioural therapies. Tracey has a special interest in mindfulness practices and how state of mind and thought awareness affect performance. She is currently studying both in this field as well as in the Gestalt method to gain further expertise to apply holistically to her practices with her clients.

Larry Wilson- Strategic Partner

Larry Wilson is a strategic partner and personal mentor to Andrew and Tracey. Larry is one of the foremost thinkers and speakers in the business world today. He founded three premier companies including Wilson Learning Corporation (1965), a more than fifty-million-dollar training and research organization, Pecos River Learning (1985), a change management and leadership development organization, and Larry Wilson & Associates (2000), a leadership development and culture change organization. These companies have carved new territories in how we think about business, customers, and ourselves. Larry is not just a theorist; he is a doer and a learner. By age 29 he became the youngest lifetime member of the life insurance industry's prestigious Million-Dollar Round Table. His passion, however, was in understanding how people in business learn, and what helped them create both success and fulfillment. With Wilson Learning Corporation, he pioneered work in sales effectiveness, customer loyalty, business relationships, and strategic thinking. Larry spends high impact time with senior leadership teams helping them reinvent themselves and their organizations.

American Express, General Motors, Du Pont, Citibank, Kraft, Ernst & Young, and British Airways are just a few of the corporations that have sent teams of senior executives to participate with Larry and his staff. Larry has been recognized with a number of awards including Speakers Hall of Fame, Senior Fellow and Alumni of the Year at University of Minnesota and Ambassador of Free Enterprise by International Sales & Marketing Executives. He has co-authored four best-selling books: The One-Minute Sales Person; Changing the Game: The New Way to Sell; Stop Selling, Start Partnering; Play to Win! Choosing Growth Over Fear in Work and Life. Larry is not a speaker, he is an event … and one you'll long remember!
